The story of Pegasus is one of transformation. An asset that, despite its modest beginnings, became a beacon of world-class operational excellence. From its inception, Pegasus was defined not just by the coal it extracted, but by the commitment to something far greater: the principles of integrity, sustainability, and safety.
For four years, Zero Harm was at the heart of everything we did. This wasn’t just about the safety of our employees; it was a comprehensive approach that extended to the environment, the land, the water, and the surrounding communi- ties. In every step of our operations, we ensured that no harm came to the earth beneath us. We achieved Zero Harm in the workplace, but we also protected the land and water that sustained us. Our efforts in land rehabilitation, environ- mental stewardship, and sustainable practices during mining operations set a new standard for the industry.
